  Design & Constructions

Inner shell is constructed with High Heat resistant quality SS 310, 3.15 mm thick sheet along with one neck and SS bellow for self-expansion.

All other four shells are made up with High Heat resistant quality mild steel 3.15 mm thick sheets along with cone, sealing plate and necks.

All MS shells are sand blasted with 0.7 mm grit pattern and galvanized with 120 u in thickness.

Air Heater is designed with countercurrent flow. The cold air is entered and absorbs heat from flue gas passage and travel in opposite direction. This recovers more than 85% of heat of flue gases those are being exhausted. This also ensures non mixing of process air with flue gas.
5 The HAG has a provision to assemble the imported burners like Bentone / Witshaupt / Ecoflam Etc. These burners are fully automatic.
